At Katie Alice each item is handmade and made to order according to your chosen specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or exchanges.

 

This policy complies with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

 

As all of our headboards, footstools and upholstered furniture are made to your individual specifications (including size, fabric, colour and design), these items are classed as bespoke and personalised goods.

 

We therefore do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection or personal preference.

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements, specifications are correct before placing an order.

 

Please be aware that slight difference in size can vary up to 20% in measurements we recommend you allow for this when planning your space.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please ensure your return includes your name, contact details, and the full return address provided by our team. We recommend using a secure, tracked courier service, as responsibility for the item remains with you until it has been safely received and signed for by a member of our team.
